Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Celebrated at Aditya Vidyashram – Gurugram, Coimbatore In commemoration of the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) was observed at Aditya Vidyashram – Gurugram, Coimbatore, during the fourth week of October 2024. The day was dedicated to promoting the values of national integration, unity, and solidarity, as envisioned by the Iron Man of India, Sardar Patel. To mark this significant occasion, the school organized several activities aimed at fostering a sense of unity among students and staff: Pledge-Taking Ceremony: All students and staff gathered for a solemn pledge-taking ceremony where they vowed to uphold the ideals of national unity, integrity, and harmony. The pledge reflected the essence of national cohesion, stressing the importance of overcoming divisiveness and embracing unity in diversity. Unity Rally: A vibrant rally was held with students and staff marching proudly, holding posters and placards bearing slogans such as “Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat” (One India, Great India). Principal’s Address: The Principal addressed the gathering, emphasizing the need for national integration and unity.
